Andrew Pierce met Ashley Hudson at the church they both went to in Hamburg. The two knew at that point that they were a match made in heaven. Ashley was 17 and hadn't been with a man before, so Andrew and Ashley took things very slow. The two immediately fell in love. Andrew asked for Ashley on New Year's Eve just prior to the start of the year in 2016, to God would grant him the last blessing of this year. That Ashley would marry him. Ashley was looking for a rustic themed wedding with a folk theme that really represented her as well as Andrew. They combined everything that was important to them. Ashley grew in the 40 acres of land picked as the location for their wedding. Ashley knew the whole area, having walked through it and played on the land. Andrew, Ashley and their acquaintances had walked through the field several times before they started to get together. As most of the decorations were made by the bride and groom, personalization was important. Andrew Ashley's father and Andrew designed the arch for the ceremony and seating arrangements, and Ashley was in charge of decorating and painting. Ashley says that if Anna, the florist at Magnolia Belle Floral, hadn't done her amazing floral work to us, our wedding could have lacked the magic I was hoping it would. Simply stunning.
